• How long does my Order take to Ship?
    • We do not keep a Stock of most Prints. So we can’t just take your desired Print out of our Stock and send it to you, we have to Print it First. Depending on the Workload on our Printers this may Take anywhere from 2-14 Business Days.
  • Can I cancel my Order after placing it?
    • If you need to cancel your Order after placing it please use our Revocation Form.
  • I received my Print but it has been damaged in Transit
    • We try to pack each Print carefully and securely but if something did break in transit just Send us some Pictures and we will Send you a Replacement as soon as possible.
  • My Print has odd Marks on the Backside
    • Part of the Downside of the SLA System we use is the need of Supports on the Backside of the Model, while we try to remove most imperfections there will always be some left where the Supports did touch the Modell. This might change as we improve our cleaning routine but for now, it is just part of the deal.
  • There is an odd Line that goes through my Print
    • This happens rarely when our Printers stop to refill Resin or some other error made the Printer Stop. The Print is none then less Fine and will not break at that line. Depending on the Position and Impact the line has on the Model you can contact us and we will find a solution.
  • Does the Artist XY know you are selling Prints based on his Models?
    • He sure does! And he gets a cut of every print sold too.
  • Will you Sell Prints of the Models form Artist XY
    • We are always looking for new Partners, if you think an Artist might be a great addition to our Shop please let us know!
